Our nurse practitioners are here every weekday to provide health screenings and physical evaluations for summer camps, schools, sports, employment, and DOT drivers. Visit our office in Murrells Inlet for fast, comprehensive exams at a low, transparent cost. No insurance required! We provide same-day physicals and provide documentation to certify that you’re in proper health and ready to participate in your chosen activities.

DOT Physicals

A DOT physical certifies that a driver is healthy enough to safely operate commercial vehicles. During your physical, we will evaluate your vision, hearing, blood pressure, and overall physical health. The DOT medical exam also requires a urinalysis, which we can perform at your screening. Our goal is to get you certified to be back on the road safely, as fast as possible! Come see us for walk-in service any weekday from 8:30 to 5:00.

School, Camp & Sports Physicals
